Samm Ferreira is the best property manager we have had in Panama. We did have two owners who were good, but Samm is the best with an absenteee landlord. She found just the property we needed with only one visit! And she has been extremely responsive whenever we have had a challenge. Any problem is taken care of within a day or two.
