Sometimes it is hard to describe the perfect place to live until you see it. In this case, it was more of the feeling I got when entering a particular property. Sony was patient, attentive, and listened to what I liked and disliked about the various properties he showed me. In the end, he identified a property that was exactly what I wanted (even though I could not have described it when I first started my search).
