In addition to helping folks buy and sell their homes, Sony Gonzalez, consultant at Inside Panama Real Estate, focuses much of his time on rental properties.
As a long-term renter in the Boquete area, I was recently looking for a change of experience. I looked at what was available on advertising sites and social media and found one that sounded like it would suit me well. Sony was the contact person for the listing. I met him at the property along with the owner, and he showed me everything, taking time to wait for me to take photos and ask questions. Sony speaks excellent English as well as his native Spanish, and he facilitated my conversations with the owner.
I decided to go with the rental and Sony promptly proceeded to professionally and patiently work out a lease agreement that is fair and agreeable to both sides. I am getting a great deal and would look for Sony if I again need a real estate professional.
You can find Sony’s rental listings on Boquete real estate Facebook groups by clicking on members and searching for Sony Connects.
