Samm Ferreira

When I was ready to move to Boquete from the US, I looked on Facebook. I found many nice looking properties that were in my price range listed by Samm Ferreira. There was also a strong referral on her FB page by someone I had met here on a previous visit. I was not sure if Samm was male or female, but it did not matter. I contacted Samm to let her know when I was arriving in town & since I did not have a car would she be willing to pick me up. The second day I was in town, Samm picked me up & showed me all 3 properties that I had requested. She also told me about a few more that would be coming open soon. I loved the 3rd one & Samm made the contract and move in very easy. She even provided a contract in English. The day I was to move in my taxi did not show up. I called Samm. 20 minutes later she picked me up & took me to my new rental. I tried to pay her for the ride but she would not accept any money.”
