Samm Ferreira with Inside Panama Realty of Boquete Panama was a huge help to me locating a rental property in the Boquete area. She gained my respect very soon during our email process while I was still in the States. Samm gave me a good idea of what was available and prices with pictures and links to various properties.
Upon my arrival in Boquete, I telephoned to let her know of my location in town,we set up a time for the following day to look at available options for rentals. I was shown many options from apartment style, single family homes to cottages in the mountains above Boquete. After a few hours of looking and talking about the style I was looking for, she called the owner of several cottages, made an appointment to meet. Once looking at the property and approximately one visit with the owner , I made a six month deal on the spot.
With that said, Samm was the right realtor for me. Very professional with her clients, but as important with many local property owners in this area. She took all the stress of finding a new place to live in a new Country totally away. Thank you Samm
