I have a wonderful husband, but we have a wonderful real estate agent too! While I wasn’t involved in the initial buying process (it was a belated birthday surprise for me), in the past month, Samm has kept us apprised, almost on a daily basis on the process and progress made. Tonight we completed the purchase of our lovely forever home and while we can’t physically be there yet, the same competent, professional and wonderful real estate agent, Samm, will rent it out, and manage the condo in our absence.
