If you need only one word to describe estate agent and property manager Samantha Ferreira, it would be excellence.
She showed us various properties throughout the years and we found that she very quickly picks up on the client’s needs, wants and desires and focus on those. She has a very good knowledge of the various areas, micro climates and is willing to use that knowledge to help and guide her clients.
We also rented property through her and were so impressed with her professionalism that we are now using her to manage the rental of our own property. As rental manager she has the skills to represent both the owner and the renter satisfactorily and get the best for both. She communicates, negotiates and acts as intermediary with ease and grace. She is always readily available and has great maintenance contacts delivering good results.
On top of that she has a very amicable personality.
