I was referred to Samm Ferreira by numerous people while I was looking for a place when I moved to Boquete from Canada in Nov. 2023. And how lucky I was to have her show me what was to be my new home in Alto Boquete.
I was very impressed by her professionalism and knowledge of the house and the area. The house she showed me was well maintained and ready to move into as it was neat and clean. She also negotiated a lower rent for me as it was just a beyond what I wanted to spend. While the house had most everything I could have hoped for in a home here, one of the real pluses for this house was Samm was the property manager. I knew I could rely on Samm to continue with her ethics and professionalism. She is very honest, transparent and an excellent communicator. Everything I wanted in a property manager.
Beyond Expectations!
