Why I Moved from Bocas del Toro to Coronado Panama
Tico (Alberto) Socarraz comes to us with nine years experience selling real estate in Bocas Del Toro, on the Caribbean side of Panama. With nearly $5 million in sales, he brings a great dynamic to the table.
Born in Spain and raised in the United States, Tico is fluent in both English and Spanish. After living in Bocas for ten years, he decided to move his wife and two children (9 months and two years old) to the more developed Pacific beach area of Panama. He arrives here with a great set of contacts and strong ties on the Caribbean side, and adds another Spanish-speaking element to our presence in Coronado. As a young parent, he also represents a demographic that is exploding along the Pacific Coast. We are excited to have him on board, and look forward to what he will do!
We’ve got a fantastic group of people here that cover all aspects of the real estate process. Check out our Facebook page to keep up to date with events and information, as we have several big projects in the works that will change the face of real estate on the Pacific Coast.
You can find us at our office inside The Village Mall next to the Machetazo, so please stop by if you are in the area!
You will be receiving our monthly newsletter within a few days. We use it to keep you up to date on what’s happening in the area, as well as to show you new properties on the market. You can see last month’s issue here.
I am excited to work here in the Coronado area. Send me an e-mail with any questions, and let me show you around sometime.
